If the Customer decides not to use the telephone service, all rights and faculties recognized to the Customer by law remain in any case without prejudice to and without prejudice to the Customer. As for the saving and printing of the GCS and the possibility of viewing the text of the Contract, please refer to Section 2 of Part (A) of these GCS.

The right of withdrawal in favor of Customers is governed by Section 2 of Part B and Section 3 of Part C of these GCS.

Part (A) - General Part

1. Scope - Definitions

1.1. This Part (A) - General Part applies to all Orders relating to the purchase of Products and forwarded to MewaStore

1.2. The following definitions apply within these GCS:
"Consumer": any natural person who places an Order for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out;

"Customer": depending on the case, a Consumer or a Professional;
"Contract": any agreement between MewaStore and a Customer regarding the purchase by the latter of one or more Products, concluded, depending on the means used, in the manner provided for in Part A, Section 3.3. o Section 3.4 .;
"Business day": any day of the week, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in accordance with Italian law;
"Order": any proposal regarding the purchase of one or more Products, made by the Customer towards MewaStore, alternatively, depending on the means used, in the manner provided for in Part A Section 3.3. or Section 3.4.

2. Download and consultation of the terms and conditions of the Agreement

2.1. The Customer may keep a copy of these GCS, as well as all the documents that make up the Contract relating to the Products purchased on the website, using the normal functions of their browser.

2.2. In addition, the Customer may archive the data of his Order, either by downloading the GCS, in accordance with the provisions of the previous article 2.1. and saving, with the support of the functions of your browser, the data summarized in the last web page that precedes the forwarding of each Order, and waiting for the order confirmation e-mail that MewaStore will send, following the forwarding of the Order, to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. This confirmation e-mail will contain the data of the Order forwarded by the Customer, in addition to these GCS, with the consequent possibility of printing or saving such documentation, using the functions of your e-mail program.

2.3. The data of each Order will be saved by MewaStore on its systems. In order to preserve the confidentiality of such information, the access to them, by the Customer, will be allowed only following prior authentication in the reserved area of ​​the website, called "My account", by inserting specific access credentials by the Customer, which will be attributed to him at the time of registration on the website itself. In this reserved area, by entering their credentials, the Customer can consult the contracts already concluded, the pending orders and those just forwarded, as well as update and save their contact details, any bank data and / or data relating to the subscription to the newsletter service. The Customer undertakes to treat his credentials for access to the aforementioned reserved area of ​​the website as confidential and not to make them available to third parties.

3. Conclusion of the Agreement

3.1. Any Contract relating to the purchase of Products will be concluded exclusively in Italian.

3.2. The presentation of the Products on the website constitutes an invitation to users of the same site to make a purchase proposal towards MewaStore. These invitations to offer are not binding on MewaStore and, in particular, do not constitute offers to the public pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, remaining, in the full discretion of MewaStore, any decision regarding the acceptance of any proposals made.

3.3 Conclusion of the contract via the internet

3.3.5. MewaStore will have the right to accept or not the Orders received without, in case of non-acceptance, the Customer can advance any rights or claims against MewaStore for any reason. The Order will be considered, in any case, accepted and consequently the Contract concluded at the moment in which the Customer will receive, on his e-mail address, the Order Confirmation e-mail, containing confirmation of the acceptance of the Order. .

3.4. Conclusion of the contract by telephone

3.4.2. 3.4.3. The Order will be considered forwarded at the end of the telephone communication and must be understood, also in this case, as a contractual proposal pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1326 of the Italian Civil Code. When the Order is forwarded by the Customer, confirmation by MewaStore will follow, via the Order Confirmation Email, of the receipt of the Order itself and its acceptance.

3.4.4. MewaStore will have the right to accept or not the Orders received without, in case of non-acceptance, the Customer can advance any rights or claims against MewaStore for any reason. In any case, the Contract will be considered concluded when the Customer receives the Order Confirmation e-mail on his e-mail address.

3.5. Before proceeding with the forwarding of any Order, both in the manner established in Section 3.3. than in those established in Section 3.4., the Customer is invited to read these GCS with the utmost attention.

4. Price and shipping costs

The prices of the Products published on the homepage or in any section of the website are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the Products, where this is different from Italy, which will be charged to the Customer. MewaStore reserves the right to change the prices of the Products listed on the website at any time. Any changes to the prices of MewaStore Products will not, however, be effective in relation to Customers who have already forwarded an Order.

5. Payment and delivery

5.1. Unless he chooses to make use of the "Payment on Delivery" option, the Customer will pay the full price of the Products ordered, at the same time as placing the Order. It is understood that, in the event of non-acceptance of the Order, MewaStore will promptly reimburse Customers for any amounts already paid.

As part of the Order forwarding process, MewaStore may offer, at the latter's complete discretion, different payment methods, such as: payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), payment by protected system "Paypal", payment by cash on delivery. The Customer will be required to indicate the payment method, among those proposed by MewaStore, which he intends to use.

5.2. Invoices will be issued both in electronic and paper format.

5.3. If the MewaStore Product is marked on the Site as "available", MewaStore will ship said item as soon as possible, ie within the terms established in the "Shipping" Section.

5.4. MewaStore will not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery in the event that: (a) despite having provided for the regular and timely purchase of the Products to cover the Order received, it has not been supplied in the terms and manner agreed with the supplier; (b) is unable to make up for the unavailability of such Products, due to circumstances not subject to its control and (c) has promptly notified the Customer of such unavailability.

5.5. MewaStore will not be responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to force majeure, such as, by way of example, strikes, provisions of the Public Authority, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, floods and damage to industrial machinery not dependent on MewaStore. MewaStore will promptly notify the Customer of the occurrence and absence of a force majeure event. If the cause of force majeure persists for a period exceeding 30 (thirty) days, each party will have the right to withdraw from the contract. 6. Guarantee and handling of complaints

6.1. The provisions of the law on warranty apply to purchases made by Consumers, including, if applicable, the rules laid down by the Consumer Code regarding guarantees towards Consumers.

6.2. If defects and faults are found in the Products purchased pursuant to these GCS, the Consumer may contact, under penalty of forfeiture within one day of discovery, MewaStore, according to the methods indicated in these GCS and request the repair or replacement of the Product. However, before proceeding with the repair or replacement, MewaStore reserves the right to verify the actual presence of defects and / or defects reported by the Consumer.

The repair or replacement of the Product will take place only if the Consumer has not removed the label from the purchased Product. The choice between repair or replacement will remain available to the Consumer, except in the event that the chosen remedy is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other.

6.3 MewaStore will, as appropriate, carry out the required repairs and replacements within a reasonable period of receipt of the Consumer's request. 7. Gift Vouchers and Purchase Vouchers

7.1. We offer Gift Vouchers and Purchase Vouchers. Gift Vouchers can be purchased on the website. Vouchers cannot be purchased on the website, but are offered by MewaStore in the context of promotional campaigns, for a limited period of validity.

7.2. Please note that Gift Vouchers and Purchase Vouchers follow partially different conditions. 8. Data protection

10. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

On the occasion of any modification to these GCS, MewaStore will promptly publish the modified GCS on the website. The modified GCS will become an integral part of the new Contracts, starting from the first Order forwarded by the Customers, following their publication on the Site. In the case of Orders already forwarded before such communication, the previous version of the GCS will apply.

11. Substitution clause

If a present or future provision of the GCS and / or the contract should be or become completely or partially null and / or ineffective or there is a gap in the provisions of the GCS and / or the contract, the remaining provisions of the GCS and the contract in any case they will remain valid and effective. It is understood that MewaStore and the Customer will undertake to negotiate in good faith the integration of the gap or the replacement of the null and / or ineffective clause with the aim of achieving the same results pursued by the invalid or ineffective clause and to safeguard the economic substance. of the contract.

Part (B) - Shipping and returns

1. Information about the seller

The contracting vendor is exclusively MewaStore.

2. Shipping

Orders are processed from Catania, Italy, from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date, or the first available business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed from the following Monday.
The order is processed in 2 working days. Then it is entrusted to the selected courier who will deliver the order in Italy in 2-3 working days by Express courier or abroad in 5-6 working days by economic courier. Deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia may have longer delivery times.

Shipping in Italy is free for orders over 100 (one hundred) € of total amount on full price products. In the case of products on sale, we do not apply free shipping.

For orders below € 100 (one hundred), the shipping cost is € 6.50. Shipping abroad is free for orders exceeding € 250 (two hundred and fifty) in total amount on full price products. In the case of products on sale, we do not apply free shipping.

For Orders of less than 250 (two hundred and fifty) €, the shipping cost varies according to the country of purchase of the Product. This cost will be indicated before the conclusion of the Order. The amount of transactions made by credit card is charged at the time of order processing.

Customers are advised that shipping delays may occur during promotions and sales.
Please note that it is illegal on the invoice to declare values ​​lower than the amount actually paid by the customer or to declare goods as GIFTS, therefore requests from customers relating to these activities will not be accepted.
MewaStore cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond MewaStore's control.
When the order is entrusted to the courier, customers receive an e-mail notification that provides the waybill number (AWB) relating to the order and a link for tracing it. Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the same. MewaStore packages are carefully sealed.

If the customer receives a box that has been opened by the Customs or Courier for authorized external inspections, the package must be closed with a guarantee or control seal by the body. If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint with the relative courier office and to promptly contact MewaStore at info@mewastore.com.

In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted. All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with MewaStore and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to its lack of cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses the delivery, the package is returned to the sender MewaStore in Italy at customer's charge. The costs charged to the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.

3. Returns

For any reason, the customer can return the order, in whole or in part. Items can be returned for cash or credit refunds within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return sign still attached.

Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

Items must be returned with all original labels, wraps and other accessories (dustbag, and clothing covers, etc.) received in the package. Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be damaged and altered or used as a packing box for shipping.

It should be noted, in any case, that the return does not apply to MewaStore Products which, by their nature, are not suitable to be returned or are subject to the risk of rapid deterioration or alteration, such as, by way of example, cosmetic products that have already been opened. . Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country in which the order was originally shipped. The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer. The shipping price to return the purchased Product (or Products) is € 6.50 in Italy. The shipping price for returning the Product (or Products) purchased from abroad varies depending on the country of purchase.

4. Refunds

In the event that the customer requests a refund of the returned order, the refund is made upon receipt of the package and only after the quality control of the returned items.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the company issuing the credit card, in any case it is about 10 working days. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase (Euro). Shipping costs are never refunded.
